Consulting, training, and management platform

Turn everyday irritants into measurable results

Overload, waiting, rework, delayed decisions: these irritants reduce team capacity and service quality. STANDR supports leaders, managers, and teams in implementing best practices backed by Lean Six Sigma training and an integrated management platform.

STANDR brings together qualified, experienced consultants and specialists to analyse your operational context, recommend the right improvement lever, and tailor the intervention to your objectives and strategic priorities.

AI-augmented management

More capacity. Less overhead.

Leading, managing performance, or running an improvement project requires documenting decisions, tracking actions, analysing gaps, and reporting results. These management tasks are necessary, but their accumulation reduces the time available to understand the issues, decide, and support teams.

Rigour should not become an overload

Lean Six Sigma approaches and standard work provide the structure needed to improve performance sustainably. Their application requires discipline: reliable data, documented practices, regular follow-ups, clear responsibilities, and verifiable results.

The STANDR platform increases management capacity

Integrated into the STANDR management platform, the STAN agent uses AI to support time-consuming management tasks: organising information, documentation, follow-ups, analyses, and recommendations. It helps teams maintain the required rigour without multiplying administrative effort.

Best practices integrated into daily work

STAN replaces neither expertise nor the manager's responsibility. It supports the consistent application of best practices, standardises ways of working, and makes organisational information and intelligence easier to use in decisions and management routines.

Less administration. More capacity to act.

The desired result is not simply producing reports faster. It is making integrated performance management more rigorous, smoother, and easier to sustain over time.

A four-phase progression

Cultivating continuous improvement every day

Four phases structure the cultural deployment of Lean Six Sigma, without imposing a rigid path. STANDR takes into account what the organisation has already achieved to consolidate foundations and target the next improvements.

Productivity improvement

STANDR conducts a Lean productivity diagnostic to identify the sources of waste linked to the current organisation of work, the irritants reported by employees, and their effects on internal and external customer satisfaction. The diagnostic clarifies what limits the capacity of operational teams.

The diagnostic report presents the findings, improvement opportunities, recommendations, implementation strategy, potential gains, and estimated return on investment.

The engagement also includes awareness training on best practices, a rapid problem-solving workshop, and support for the team in implementing the selected solutions.

The Lean productivity measurement tool integrated into the STANDR platform makes it possible to continue measuring independently after the intervention. Teams can track changes in Lean productivity, verify gains, and identify new gaps.

Business process optimisation

STANDR supports the municipal team in optimising an administrative process using the DMAIC approach. The engagement begins with defining the problem, scope, and objectives, then measuring current performance based on data, the voice of employees and customers, and process mapping.

A workshop is used to analyse the process, validate root causes, and determine improvement opportunities.

The team then designs the target process, prioritises solutions, and prepares the action plan, implementation strategy, and schedule. STANDR supports the team through the implementation of the selected changes.

Indicators, a dashboard, and a control plan make it possible to measure benefits, correct gaps, and transfer ownership to the team responsible for the process.

Strategic planning

STANDR supports leadership and management teams in developing a strategic plan over a three- to five-year horizon. The engagement begins with a diagnostic of the organisation, its environment, structure, maturity, results, and main challenges.

Co-development workshops are used to define orientations, objectives, targets, and priority initiatives. The choices are consolidated into a strategic plan submitted for management approval.

Priorities are then translated into master plans over a one- to three-year horizon to clarify responsibilities, schedules, resources, and indicators.

The engagement also includes support for setting up the plan's governance, monitoring arrangements, and an internal transfer and succession plan.
