Optional professional service: MPL diagnostic
The Lean productivity diagnostic is a separate mandate performed by a STANDR expert with the MPL tool. It is not automatically included in the Performance plan. Field observations produce a factual picture of the capacity used. The expert distinguishes value-added activities, necessary work to optimize and waste, then prioritizes improvement opportunities.
